On 11:12 Tue 6 Aug I logged a complaint about the poor MTN reception in my area but noone has bothered to respond to me yet. I have tried to take it up with the appropriate people and all I get told is that there are upgrades being done in my area, but noone can tell me how long it will take. So in the meantime I am paying for 3 contracts that are for the most part useless to me. I even had to install a landline/adsl just so that I can communicate with the outside world while I am at home.
