I have reported the problem with reception in my area and still am experiencing bad reception.
The Del Judor 2 area in Witbank/eMalahleni has very poor reception of late and it is an absolute frustration to make calls let alone receiving calls. I have the same problem with reception at my business premises about 10km away from my residence (Naauwpoort area). I've been with Vodacom for about 12 years now and never experienced such frustration.
I can't run a business like this, I'm losing business to my competition obviously because I can't be reached and have to redial several times whilst wondering around my home or offices to make calls. I am seriously considering moving all my contracts as well as business contracts to YOUR competition at this point.
I hope Vodacom will contact me to resolve this matter... IF YOU CAN REACH ME!!!
