I received my Samsung S3 last year September (2012) and since day 1 i complained that i was unable to access my internet, theres never a connection and if i get a connection its only lasted for a few minutes. Sometimes calls go straight to voicemail, which is extremely frustrating as i work from home and i have to try many times before i can return a call. If i answer people cant hear me. If i leave home and go to another area, it will work but its on/off. I filled in the required forms and emailed it, as well as filled in the form at the branch. I have contacted Cell C many times and get transferred to the Network Department, they emailed me forms, i mailed it back and all i got was this: Kindly be advised that a service call has been logged with ID SD129738 has been logged for your network coverage enquiry. The query has been sent to our technicians.
To date, no technician has called me. i sent an email yesterday 12/08/13, no response! What to do?? This is really frustrating and i have been with Cell C for years, does Cell C want their customers to leave them? why be indifferent to the problems being experienced? Please help!!
