I posted a complaint on Hellopeter on 17 Dec and to date no one from AF haas bothered to make contact with me. Same day I sent an email to my supposed consultant Nomzamo Mlindazwe who hasn't bothered to respond which doesnt surprise me. to date AF hasn't had the courtesy to contact me to respond to my complaint. i wonder if this is AF's stratergy - to let the debit order go off and only then respond. Let me stop wasting my time and shop around for a new policy.
