I opened a contract on the 30july during my lunch assisted by Fazina to open a contact for the sumsung tv and galaxy pocket phone for R189pmx24mothhs. The contract was approved but could not be activated as they where offline. The following day 31julu fazina called me saying no the system was not offline but the package i want is not loaded on the system and the one showing is R219pm of which i refuse to pay cos the pamphlet was expiring on the 31jul and they had stock and she said i should not worry and will try to check mtnsp later on still no response and the she told me the manager said he will also assist but nothing was done, still no response. They may not need that contract but i am a paying customer and i have been with mtn prepaid for so long and all the time they offer me the contracts but at the time where i have decided to take something then this happens. My contract was approved same time its not like i was declined or if i opened the contact late. I am not happy, i even went and open a tv licence just to be part of this deal. I called MTN but they say i need to take it up with the store as even with my id they can pick it up.
