I want to cancel my contract with telkom online and I went to twitter to ask them how and this is the response I get "what'd days want... We're busy" then I reply to them and say this is unacceptable about you reply to me and say I'm going to take this further and this is the reply I get, "should we to you and say we actually give a about your complaint? Appreciate our honesty" is this acceptable from you guys? What is going on??
I want somebody to call me ASAP regarding this otherwise I WILL take this further and everybody will know about this pathetic service you guys are providing. This is ridiculous!!!
I expect a call and my problem to be solved by the end of business 31st July 2013!!!
