I decided to open a new contract, as my current phone is giving me major issues.
Seeing as I was in the Eikstad Mall, i decided to apply for this new contract at their MTN store.
1) I had to phone in to find out if my contract was approved. On top of this getting hold of anyone there was almost impossible as they do not answer their phones very often.
2) Contract was approved - but no stock of the phone! URGH!
3) 2 WEEKS for the stock to come in.
4) I went to the store yesterday to get the phone (finally) activated - but their system was down!
5) I have to wait till next tuesday in order to get the phone. Due to the fact that i do not live in the area.
I am sick and tired of waiting! I am sick and tired of bad attitudes - not even an apology.
I called different MTN departments, and all of them said - THEY CANNOT do anything.
Apparently MTN is a service provider, well currently i am not being rendered any service whatsoever!
I would appreciate it if MTN could do something about this situation immediately, I will not wait till next tuesday to get my phone. Either get it to me now, or i will have no choice but to cancel this contract and go to another service provider.
