Lack of urgency

I took out a contract around the 14th of may for the Samsung galaxy chat. At first they delivered the wrong phone (samsung galaxy pocket). by the time they came to pick up the phone again. it was already 2 weeks after I opened the contract. I was getting really impatient and decided to cancel the contract as i haven't received the phone yet. So i decided to open up one directly at the shop to get the phone immediately. I have sent through a fax, email and sms to cancel the contract. I still received the statement yesterday for the contract i canceled. I am a very loyal client of cell c for 3 years. but the service i received the past month makes me rethink if i should continue with you when my contracts ends. So i want to get that contract cancelled as of now because the wrong phone was delivered back to cell c. contract number starts with a 061, haven't even used the sim once.
