The Blackberry Q10 was delivered to my office in Bedfordview without accessories as promoted. First, the courier service dropped the box off without me checking or signing for it. When I opened the box it didn't have the promoted items in the box (Flip shell, HDMI cable & car charger) where upon I phone Vodacom immediately. I held a long time & called the customer care again the next day 14H13 on 22-03-2013 where I was put through to upgrades as it is not a customer care problem. That was call one, call 2 to upgrades department and I asked for a supervisor - still waiting for a returned call: 04-04-2013 @ 16H25, call 3 back to customer care :12-04-2013 @ 16H12 (I spoke to 3 different people - Megan, Clarisse & back to upgrades - Gshegofatho) Followed up with call 4 on 04-06-2013 16H10... also waiting fir a return call so now I'm going to attempt call 5 and 5 months later. I can't complain about the service I receive because they don't care.
