My line was throttled in May 2013 due to excessive internet use, and to date has not been restored. Three months later!
I submitted a Hello Peter report regarding this on 4 July as well, and received feedback that Sandros would be contacting me shortly. He did, and told me exactly what each customer care person in the past had told me: it is a system problem and will be sorted out, we will let you know.
Today is 5 weeks later and I have had NO feedback, and the problem has still not been sorted out. My internet is so slow it is almost useless.
I would like Cell C to come to me with a solution this time, I do not care if it is the system, fix it or cancel my contract, I have really had enough of excuses now.
