I recently upgraded to the IPhone 5S, I saw that Vodacom delivered a Micro Sim instead of a Nano Sim;
I then: phoned the call centre, who advised me to phone after sales. Phoned after sales who advised me to phone upgrades. Phoned upgrades who advised me to phone after sales. After I said I have already phoned aftersales and they referred me to upgrades the man informed me that he does not believe me - what number did I phone. Was then informed that I have to go to Vodacom and buy my own Nano Sim - not sure why as I did not up this order? Phoned customer care who advised me that I have to deal with upgrades.
Eventually issued with a reference number and promised that I would be phoned within 48 hours. This was on Wednesday the 20th November 2013.By Yesterday - the 24th November 2013 nothing was done and no one phoned. I then phoned the call centre who confirmed that my query has not been escalated yet and that the best advice was to buy a Nano SIm and do a sim swop.
Today I have my phone for a week - and I am not able to use it.
