I phone business department on 082 1940 and a lady assisted me in 2 corporate upgrades and she put in on the wrong upgrade even after i gave her the dealsheet number!!! now i have been trying to phone them for the past 20 minutes and everytime i get through to the data department or customer care??? // and as soon as i get to speak to consultant in data or customer care they try to put me through to 082 1940 that is supposed to be vodacom business i get back to customer care or the data department!!! it is frustrating, fix the problem!!!
