I really have no words left for Mtn I'm really disappointed with this ongoing complaining about them and their service. I have nothing against the store my complaint is directed to the people in the head office. How many times can 1 phone be repaired and given back to the customer, once fetched from repairs within a short space of time is starts trobling the same and more issues. Every other store will ensure the customer is satisfied and try the best to sort the customer and ensure the customer is happy in my case I just keep getting poor service from mtn. This is not a to mtn or something I'm still paying for my contract and I complained so many times about this issue but getting no joy. My best solution now is to seek legal advice.
