Access Data account not resoved since Dec.2012

Business data/calls till today of more or less R14000.00 were charged on Business acc (Iphone). Don't have any use of data currently, and no one has come back to me regarding this matter. Ref: S3-SEA7X-XQRL. Mrs Moddy Motebejane has contacted me to inform that Mr Michael van Wyk will contact me as soon as investigation is resolved. No response since the 26th Feb 2013!!! Complaint was pasted on Hello Peter the 22nd Feb 2013. Once again my Vodacom Business account has been suspended, and can only receive calls. Don't have any access using my cellphone. I wonder if Cell C, OR MTN have similar problems. The best thing about this whole experience is that I have two lines with Vodacom on Business Talk 500 and a minimum account of about R1800 to R2400 per month.( -R28800.00 per Yaer). My business cant rely on Vodacom anymore?? Does there investigation take 4 months with no outcome?? 80% of all Customers that contacted Vodacom were informed that there was a Data problem and was refunded with extra data bundles and accounts were reinstated. Vodacom has stopped my debit order and costs has risen sky-hi. Is there anyone that can give me any advise that has experience similar problems please?!
