As a business client of Vodacom, my voicemail hasn't worked for the past 4 weeks. After more than 5 calls to the support number and a visit to Vodacom 4 U in the Glen, it is still not working!
I am missing messages and loosing business as a result of shoddy service from Vodacom.
Why does Vodacom treat its business clients so badly? I think it would be better and easier being a private client with Vodacom? I don't see the benefits of being a business customer?
Ready to switch to another network...
