Utterly Disguted MTN Service

I have not received a call from MTN like they promised i only received an Service desk email and a Ref can you please care to explain to me how that is possible for me to pay R608.90 for only opening less than ten emails everyday for the whole month. R714.55 for July 2013 i have not used the modem even once my modem was locked up in my safe i even called your customer service to confirm my balance it was R148.45 but you deducted more than that for the service i have not used the whole month that's day light. My Account account is not in arrears what happened to the debit orders that were going out of my account every month i am really disgusted i have not received itemized billing from MTN u have the decency to please sort your mess out i want my money back i believe MTN used that to cover free Airtime they have given to prepaid customers i know MTN is going to came up with another lie
