No Communication and Terrible Service

On the 24/03/13 I took out a contract for B683 modem & data package with Portia at 8ta Eastgate. They did not have stock of the modem. On about the 15/04 I received a "new customer update" call from Antoinette from Head Office to explain the details of the contract to me and to confirm my details. I explained my unhappiness at the fact that I have not received my modem. They offered me a loan unit. I explained that I would wait for my modem. On the 27/04/2013 my sim card stopped working. On the 3/5/13 I went into the Eastgate branch and spoke to Gomotso. I explained that I was unhappy as I was still waiting for my modem and now to top it off my sim card was not working. I kept getting a "no service error". He checked on the system and my contract had been cancelled. The order was given by Antoinette (Head Office). I am furious for a number of reasons, first being that I was not informed of this cancellation and 2 they deducted R500 from my account on the 1/05/13, Gomotoso promised to call me back the next day. He did not so I called him. He said he was still waiting for a response from Antoinette. Its now the 7/05 and still no feedback. Now I just want my money back!!!
