Misleading Information

I just found out my account went into "Throttle Status" without any Warning. Tired of calling and mailing those guys as they just keep saying the same thing without helping. After finding out that my Download usage was high and that was the reason for my line being "Throttled". I decided to log in to my account to find the following:
Usage for the
11th - 3.42GB
10th - 3.79GB
09th - 2.77GB
08th - 1.02GB
07th - 1.77GB
06th - 5.60GB
05th - 7.06GB
So using an average of 3 GB a day is high, Although i have an uncapped line. Also looking at there was 2 days where the usage was so low that it didn't help. WEBAFRICA does nothing To help or assist. They will say and reply high usage... When there is no content on the entire website there are no Guidelines showing download usage in MB/Gb per a hour/day that would help.
THESE GUYS JUST STATE THIS SO THEY CAN RESTRICT THE SMALL USERS SO THE BIG GUYS GET THE BEST OF THE NETWORK
