Incorrect Debit Order Billing

I took out insurance from them late in June 2013. First week in July I realised that there was no debit on my account for my insurance and that made me believe that I had no insurance now. So I contacted my agent with them and queried this only to be told that my application for insurance was received after their debit run for July. I was told and given confirmation that I am indeed covered and that they can either run a forced debit on my account now or double debit me at the end of July. I chose to be double debited at the end of July as offered. A couple of days later on 11 July 2013 I received an SMS from my bank showing that Amadwala has run a debit against my account for the amount which was supposed to only run at the end of the month.

I contacted them and made them aware of this as they did not even know that this happened. They promised to sort it out and gave lame excuse that their contractor which handles their debit orders made a mistake and that they have some sort of a computer and electricity problem, but will sort it out immediately. It is now a week later and no refund as yet. This company seems eager to take your money but not correct their own mistakes.
