KEEP DEDUCTING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR NO SERV

I ALSO HAVE A CONTRACT WITH NXATEL FOR R399 A MONTH, 2 LINES INCLUDED, 100 FREE MINUTES INCL., 1 GIG INCL., R74.00 PER GIG UPGRADED, NO MODEM FOR MY ADSL LINE THAT I'VE BEEN PAYING FROM TELKOM, NXATEL WAS SUPPOSED TO SENT MODEM AND ROUTER FOR FAX TE EMAIL, I ONLY RECEIVED 2 PHONES STILL IN THEIR BOXES, FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS NXATEL HAS BEEN DEDUCTING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT LIKE CRAZY, FOR THE 3 MONTHS SINCE JULY THEY HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED R5693.16, THERE IS NO SERVICE FROM THEM, JUST ALOT OF EMPTY PROMISES, I CAN'T TALK TO A DIRECTOR AS THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PUT YOU THROUGH TO THEM, I'M PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I CAN'T USE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED ALL THE PRODUCTS, I DON'T WANT TO BE A CLIENT OF NXATEL, ON ONE DAY THEY DEDUCTED SECONDS APART R2846.58 BUT THE DEBIT ORDER IS ONLY SIGNED FOR 454.86 PER MONTH, HOW CAN THEY DEDUCT MONEY LIKE THEY WANT TO AND GET AWAY WITH IT, I'M GOING TO THE NEWSPAPERS AND MY LEGAL TEAM ABOUT THIS, THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY MY MONEY BACK TO ME THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN OUT. I'M TIRED OF EMAIL AND PHONING THEM TO GET MY MONEY BACK
