I decided to change cell networks from Vodacom to MTN. I went to the MTN store at Elridge Corner. I knew that I can port my number but nothing mentioned when I bought the 2 new SIM cards. After phoning MTN customer service I realised that I did it totally wrong. I went to another MTN Store (Yellow House) and bought 2 new SIM cards and asked them how to port. They gave me an email that explained it. On Sunday I went back to Elridge Corner because the internet did not work on my phone. They told me "I don't know how Windows Phone works". I looked on the internet today and it was as easy as adding a APN. I am still waiting for the other SIM card to be ported. I received the SMS that it is completed but it is barred.
