I am a very unhappy customer. I bought a cell phone on 12/04/2013.on 17/04/2013 i went back to the store to ask to port my current cell phone number. The sailesmen said i have to pay extra for the service. I said that i then would like to cancell the contract and go to a service provider that can do this for me. He aggreed to CANCELLTHE CONTRACT and filled the cancellation letter that i sighned immediately and they took the phone back. The nexct day the branch manager phoned me and told me that the contract could not be cancelled. At this tage i already bought a new phone from foschini group my number was ported emediately. Resently i found out that my internet service at Cell C is blocked when my child tried to access the internet to do a school assighnment. On enquiry the store manager told me that my internet is blocked because the phone bill is behind in payment. They still deducted monthly installments for my internet but it is blocked. They still bill me for a cell phone they have in their possetion and that is cancelled. Their client care service said they did not send the cancellation letter through.please i do not know what to do further and would appreciate it if you could help me.
