Hi,

I appreciate that Romano listened to me as customer and made the effort to understand my concerns, and then effectively dealt with it! Not like what I've experienced at Cape Gate Cell C.

The last time I ported to Cell C, I completed all the documentation, and then had to wait for the port. However, Cell C refused to provide me with a sim before the port goes through, in case it fails! However, this left me without cell phone coverage for half a day, between when the port went through and when I could go back to Cell C after work to get the new sim.

When I explained to Romano that it is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE that CELL C expects a customer to be without cell phone coverage for half a day, IF a port goes through, he took the time to understand my concern and then provided me with the sim. So the next day when the port went through I just switched sim cards, and continued enjoying coverage.

Rather force customers to go back to a cell c branch with an unused sim (with complaints against the previous provider for the failed port), than having to be without coverage and going back to fetch a new sim after successful port (with anger against cell c)!!!
