On upgrading my phone i was given gift cards. 2 of the cards had already expired on opening the gift card envelopes. I reported this to the store and they advised me to phone Vodacom Card Division. I did this and they told me to go back to the store and a credit would be passed. This i did. To date despite numerous calls and e mails i am still waiting for my refund. The one party constantly blames the other. HELP!
