After 12 months and still no Signal/Reception

Both my Fianc? and I upgraded from Blackberry to iPhones about a year ago. Even though the Blackberries was also on contract through Telkom Mobile we never really used the Network as we had Vodacom sim cards. However when we upgraded to iPhones we decided to turn our Vodacom numbers into Telkom network numbers. We have ever since not really have signal at home but thanks to our Wifi at home and work our phones was not completely useless. We recently moved to a new house where there is no wifi facilities and we are experiencing the true lack of network provision from Telkom Mobile. We have complaint before but the problem is not where I live but that every turn I take with my car or by foot I'm most likely out of range for signal. We are so frustrated and disappointed with the iPhone package with no signal from your Company.
