We upgraded with a blackberry 9320 phone no 0828741690on the 21st Jan 2013 at Autopage Springsgate branch IMEI no 354872052595539 a week or so after that we booked the phone in for repairs when we received the phone back the IMEI no was 352659055294067 after a week or so the phone was booked in again with an JVM 545 error when we received the phone back the IMEI no was 354011055263577 after a week or so on the 23rd March 2013 the phone was booked in for repairs again for the third time with the same error> I went to Autopage today and they said that the system said that the phone was booked in at MTN on the 12 April 2013 this is anacceptable we are paying for something that we dont even have I mean we upgraded 2 months ago and the phone went in for repairs 3 times and we still have to wait so long for MTN to do something about it> if they can see it is the 3rd time a device has been booked in why dont try harder and do you best to keep your customers happy> i am going to take the matter further MTN will deffinately here from my attorneys asap and they will lose me as a loyal customer for over the 8years now
