I opened a contract on Wednesday, i got a new phone and a new number, but this number was a recycled number and it is not working, i went to rica it on Wednesday and on the mtn system it shows it is rica'd but on my phone it shows it is not rica'd i went to mtn everyday and i called 808 everyday and even today it is still not working. mtn suspended the previous owner of that number now that i have the number it still has that suspend status, so im relly not happy its been 5 days and nothing is being done about it, this is really bad service from their side, i even went to cancel the contract but they don't want me to cancel it??? this is sooooo frustrating!!! i opened a brand new contract and its my first cellphone contract not even 6 days old and they give me this???
