I collected my new phone on Sunday, 29th September. i had a number from Vodacom ported to MTN without any hassles but i was told that the RICA system was offline and that i had to come back the next day to sort it out.
I got an sms on Monday morning to say that the Rica system was online again and that my phone was sorted. When I switched the phone on, I noticed that it still wasnt working so i went into the store but they had advised me that there is a backlog due to the RICA system being down.
2 days later and my phone is still not working!
I have never had problems with MTN before and I know that it may not be Ashley's fault. He is a darling, and always goes the extra mile for me but i am frustrated as i am without a cellphone.
