I recently purchased an iPhone from the online store and received the handset on Wednesday the 07th of August 2013. I then contacted the the call centre to activate the sim and was told it would take 24 hours, the following morning I proceeded to switch on the phone to see if it works, but no joy. So I once again called the call centre and spoke to a second call centre agent who assured me that in the next 24 hours the sim will be activated. On Friday 09th August 2013 I once again switched on the phone, but still had no service. It is now the 10th of August 2013 and to my despair I have a wonderfully brand new iPhone 5, but still no activated sim and no service.
