In July I made a EFT to CellC for my Cell phone contracts, later in the week the debit order also went off my bank account. I phoned them on 25 July and asked them to pay that money back to me, oh my what an issue regarding that. The first person told me I will get the money in 24 - 48hr and then the other one said 7 days. It has been more that 7 Fu#$% days and nothing. Phoned this morning again, and the incompetent person at CellC said that he can't see anything on his side. I am getting so fed up with CellC's service, get some people to know how the job is supposed to be done. CellC are quick to disconnect your lines whern you don't pay or are 1 day late, but when they need to refund a person, oh my word, useless. PLEASE CATCH A WAKE UP AND PAY MY MONEY OWED TO ME BACK!!!
