Despicable Service from VODACOM

I applied for an Iphone 4 online with Vodacom and the application was approved. I received the phone on the 15th August 2013 but the SIM card that was sent was incorrect as the phone requires a Macro SIM. I called the Vodacom after sales centre and the consultant I spoke to advised me to visit any one of their stores and they would "gladly" change it for me. On the 16th & 17th August 2013 I went to the Park Station, Carlton Centre and Westgate Vodacom stores were I could not be assisted as the "Stores" are franchises and referred me back to the contact centre. On the 19th August 2013 I called the Vodacom contact centre to get this rectified and the consultant I spoke to informed me that I was provided with the incorrect information and orders the SIM card. Today the courier delivered the card and it is still incorrect. To make matters worse I purchased a Macro card which is fully active but with a different number but when I insert it on the Iphone I get an error massage "No service". I called the Vodacom contact centre about this and I was informed that I would have to take the phone (which I haven't used) to the Apple shop myself and Vodacom cannot send the phone on my
