In February I Took a Trail with MWEB for 1Mbps Uncapped adsl, I then opted not to go with them and I went with ISP which is a descent service provider. All was well for about 2 Months I was experiencing slower speeds but nothing major. I then got a call from a Gentleman Amier who spoke to me for hours explaining to me how the other service providers Throttle your usage and made such a convincing case to the point of saying that Mweb never throttles their users. I then asked him why they don't and he replied that it is because they have a more well setup network. Rubbish just by the way... Today I got an email from Mweb saying that my usage is Excessive and they are going to Throttle my usage from the 1st of September 2013. This is like having a Buffet and Telling people eat as much as you like and then when they are half way through and the food is running out you go and tell them they have to stop eatting? It doesnt even make sense. Very Disappointing.
