Here we go again

In May/June I had endless issues with regards to what i was told my number being duplicated on their system. In frustration I actually submitted a cancellation letter in that time frame asked. I have the email stating the cancellation will take place and debit order stopped. On the 01.08.13 they than decided to deduct R191.00 off my account. I referred back to Chris who responded with an email that had no other parties attached saying please refund the client. I responded and asked when exactly is this going to happen as no other parties email were attached. To make a long story short the last e-mail was sent two days ago. I see on hello peter there are many others with the same problem I have. I am submitting all my forms and letters to the telecommunications ombudsmen as well as icasa and as a bonus! The new show speak out on sabc. I have all the emails if any one wishes to follow in my foot steps. I have no interest in answering any of Virgins Phone calls, So if you people wish to sort this out Send me a proof of payment. Chris has my e-mail
