I migrated from South Africa to Australia in March 2013 and asked SABC to cancel my TV license no 258116599 .A certain Faeeda Gard from audience services division send me an affidavit that i filled in as proof that i was in Australia which i did with the magistrate's court and i attached all that he requested including passport pages that show departure dates and arrival. The licence expired on 30 april 2013 and every now and then i am getting final demand letters of license renewal of R350 from SABC.I have also received several demand letters of payment from [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] acting on behalf of SABC but i still dont know what they want because i dont owe SABC anything.
