Suspicious behaviour!!!

My dad recently had a stroke and therefore gave us Power of Attonery over all his accounts. I noticed that his account was deducted with dial24 and safesecure transcations. I went to the bank to find what these policies were for, I was then told that these deductions were going out since 2005 and then stopped in 2011, and activated again 2012. I called the call centre up, and was told this account was activated on the phone, I then asked for a voice recording, which up to now has not yet surfaced. I sent a mail to the customer care together with all bank statements to verify the deductions. I was then sent a mail from Elma Malan the customer care manager< saying she would look into the matter. I sent numerous mail after that but she has not replied. Yesterday i called the call centre again and was told that they could not assist me as, the management sit in another building and they have no idea of any contact details. I feel this company has been deducting amounts illegally has they would debit the account on the 31st and again on the 1st of the new month. At first we were told this was a Platium card but yesterday the agent from call centre confirmed that its a Advantage card.
