I took my phone for repairs there 3 weeks ago I was told that they'll call me when its finished. I waited but nothing happened, yesterday I went there to ask about it and I was told that the person responsible is on lunch. I went there today I again I was told that they will call me when its finished and I was talking via security the pers ison I was talking to did not even bother to see me, I asked for his/her number still via security he/she refused to give me I then asked to talk to her or him he/she said i should wait which I did and she/he didn't come I then had to leave because I am still on duty. She or He has a very bad attitude towards clients and I believe he or she is tarnishing the image of MTN.
