I would like to express my concern about the bad attitude, service I received from Micheal Maluleke employed by Brinant security and works at Vorna valley.
Firstly the security guard by the name of Michael Maluleke, who was on duty on the 20th and the 26th December 2013, was beyond rude, arrogant, very selfish and Lack of job knowledge. He did not even bother to great me, And particularly when I enquired about why did he not buzz my phone on the intercom after I was woken up by two strangers knocking on my door at 6 in the morning on the 20th, he did not bother to explain anything but rather told me that I am wasting his time and my phone on the intercom is not working and further said he knew the two strangers that he let them in to my house. I asked him that if he knew the people's face does not mean to let them in without my permission and He continued by saying I know nothing and I cant do nothing to him because I am talking rubbish.
On the 21st he repeated the same thing by letting my brother in who doesn't leave in the same complex, without me giving anyone permission. I am jus concern of what is the use of Micheal being at the gate and not know how he must do his job
