After upgrading my cell phone contract with MTN SP they neglected to add the free data bundle onto my contract. When I received my first bill on the upgraded package I noticed being charged for data, I checked my statement and noticed that there was no data bundle on it.
I logged this with MTN SP on 30 June 2013. Then after numerous phone call to them, MTN SP does not seem to get back to their customers on queries (my experience), you have to keep on calling them. On Saturday (3 August) I lost it with the call center agent and he put me through to a super visor. After talking to the super visor she promised me a call back after 2pm on Monday 5 Aug with an update as to when my query will be resolved. I am still waiting for that call back (it is wednesday and over a month after my initial query)
