So dissaponted and hurt

I bought a return ticket from compute ticket as i was going to eastern cape for a funeral, was suppose to return on 19 08 2013 and when a get to town (Engcobo) was told that the buses are on strike and it was 11;20 am was suppose to Derpature at 13;30 and i didn't have money to buy another ticket. I called the following number 011 774 8311 the time was 11;36 can remember the name of the lady who answer the phone but she was so rude, asked her about the strike and she confirmed and when i asked what am i supposed to do to get a refund she sad she didn't sell the ticket to me so its not her problem and she hag up on me. I don't think thats the way to talk to your customers. And i tried to call the other number but didn't get a respond 086589 282.I was so hurt when that lady talk to me with such a tone the worse party was to hag up on me while i was talking, i didn't say anything about her sold ticket to anyone i was just needed to know if i can get a refund and where can i get one. She said you can wait till the strike is finished then you can ask for a refund, I told here i must get to work tomorow thats when she said she didn't sell the ticket to me and hug up.
