About a month ago, I realised that my galaxy s4 had a defect line across the screen and returned it to the MTN shop at Randpark Ridge mall at their request.
Although it was clear that there was a defect on the phone (you could see the black line across the screen), we had to follow process by returning it to the screening centre in Midrand.
It has been a full month since, and I have had to continue with no phone and the feedback to me as a customer has been non-existent - this has massively inconvenienced me and my business life especially given that this was a factory defect on Samsung's side.
Please may someone at MTN recommend who I should speak to with regards to this as I need to get this sorted.
