I bought a Samsung All-in-One Series 7 PC from Webantics online. The delivery was great within 3 days but to my disappointment when I opened the box the screen had a small 1 cm defect on the screen on the inside.
I could not take a photo of it as it was on the inside and the reflection made that you cannot see it on a photo, only with the naked eye.
They took a week to respond saying I had to send it back to Samsung to evaluate. Well I still have it as the couriers still have not picked it up,
I initially bought the PC online as it was R1000 cheaper than at Incredible Connection, but let me tell you, with all the inconvenience I would have paid the R1000 with a smile, knowing that I can return it immediately. Lesson learnt!
