I purchased a data bundle from 8ta in Paarl Mall on the 04 July 2013

I am using a Proline Tablet., purchased an 8ta sim card from the TDS in Paarl-Western Cape and loaded 2 1 Gig on 04 July 2013.
Coverage was checked prior and all seemed fine. I have unfortunately NEVER been able to use the 2 1 Gig on the tablet as 8ta coverage isn't picking up. The only network option is Cell C, VC & MTN.
A case was logged (6390817) and a technician went to assist, he confirmed that all was fine with the coverage and that the a sim swap needed to be done.
I returned to the TDS in Paarl and did a sim swap, however the sim still doesn't work. I tried the sim on a Samsung tablet and it works.
I customer then called the manufacturer of the tablet, Proline, and they confirmed that the 8ta sim card is not compatible for the tablet.
I have REPEATEDLY requested to be to be refunded with R149 as I am unable to make use of 8ta services.
I spoke to Navitha Baulraj yesterday who is the UMPTEENTH person I am speaking to, I requested feedback by 12pm yesterday and 24 hours later STILL NOTHING
