I received a new s4 on the 19th of November when I upgraded from Cell C, a week later the screen just died. I took the phone to TTS where it got replaced. Nw I see this slight black hue one a black screen and vice versa on a white screen, the phone is freezing like!!! and to crown it all I cant hear so clearly when I have a phone conversation... seem to be sumthing wrong with the earpiece part of the phone... all of this and the phone is not even a month old. Im utterly disgusted with the quality of samsung and this concers me because earlier this hear a purchased about R35 000 worth of samsung appliances from Rafi's... what if they also give me hassle... im really dissapointed... just one big headache... I demand a new phone and a have the full right to request a new one under the CPA . I would appreciated it if someone from Samsung can resolve my problem please!!
