I purchased a Samsung 40 inch HD LED TV just over a week ago for training and demonstration purposes.
I set up the screen about 5 days ago and discovered that there is a group of 'Grey' pixels just off the center of the screen that look just like dirt speck on a video camera lens. They about the diameter of a pencil.
They are very apparent when there is a plain background on the screen and also in video playback.
Apparently I have to take the unit to a service center. The problem is I live over 250km from the nearest one.
As a user of Samsung products (Galaxy phone, Galaxy TAB2, Samsung Digital camera and Laser printer I am very unhappy with this purchase and the attitude of the help line. My clients will be able to see the defect and probably get a negative impression of Samsung's product.
