Still no network since friday afternoon, disgusting

On fri the 2Aug I deceided to call 8ta call centre as I got tired with always not having signal on my bb. The agent I spoke to told me to go to settings, go xlick on 8ta services and more etc and then reboot. I did all she said to my suprisr 3days later I'm still sitting with no signal. I had to take that sim out and put a vodacom one in the bb and buy another bis on top of the one I have on 8ta. Wat type of service is this? its disgusting. Y am I the one running afyer u guys, I regret porting to 8ta and those free 500MB u can't even iuse them but was told u can on a vodacom modem.8ta is FALLING big time!
