Internet (3G and EDGE) bad signal Port Elizabeth

So tired of Vodacoms network (3G and EDGE) that just lose its signal, got full or a few bars and there just no internet speed, can't even open google. My calls drop while I'm on the phone, both settings only on 3G or only on EDGE, even while I'm speaking to your call centre to help and then all that they can tell me for 2 months is that they are upgrading their towers in the western cape (Durbanville) where I used too live for a while and now Port Elizabeth the same happens, with 3 off my vodacom devices. In sure I'm not the only one with this problem and then vodacom tells you every week they fixed something but then its still the same or you must wait 14 for the tecnical side to phone you. Two months is enough now for me!!! VODACOM WHAT IS GOING ON? B?! Is it because I'm prepaid where contracts got better signal or is it because you rent you lines out to big corporate companies and you don't care about us "normal people"?! I pay every month my R59 for my BIS that I can't even use in full coz the network just fails the whole time... ANSWERS pleaseor just tell us to go and look for other options for other. network providers? PLEASE... ThANK YOU
