I signed a contract with Cell C on 22 July for a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini. I was told my salesperson that the contract for a postpaid 100 was 199 a month with 100mb data, 100 sms and 100 anytime minutes. I was told that this was a rolling bill and that when I exceeded my 100mb data, i would be charged the out of bundle rate of 15c per MB. This was later confirmed with a Cell C consultant on the phone on Thursday 01 August. However, after checking my billing online (for period 23-31 July 2013), it seems that I have been charged much more - perhaps 99c a MB. If indeed i have been charged 99c a MB, i feel completely hard done by and demand to be migrated to a plan that offers the 15c MB out of bundle rate.
