BAD SERVICE EVER!!!

On Friday the 01 February 2013 they have robbed me at my office. They have my phone also. we phoned 8.ta and asked if they could block and blacklist the simcard. on monday when i received my new simcard with my old number my clients and also my husband still got through to the guy( ) who had stollen my phone.so from the day i have swap from vodacom to 8.ta i just had problems with 8.ta and there is always a problem with signal my husband is driving in front of me then he has signal on his phone with is subscriber but 8.ta almost never had signal so today i went back to vodacom to rather change back to them and then we found out that 8.ta still DID NOT RELEASE MY NUMBER ON THE NETWORK I REALY THINK THAT, THAT IS THE WORSE SERVICE EVER. IM RUNNING A BUSINESS AND NO ONE CAN GET HOLD OF ME!!!
