Upgrade from Nashua Mobile. Contract expired late last year on my Nokia N8 . I waited for the new Nokia Lumia 920 to become available.
I ordered the phone 2 weeks ago. The sales rep told me no stock available in any colour... he would come back to me. Guess what... africa time- no reply. Phoned again... phoned again... phoned again...!
Contacted a new rep who told me a black Nokia Lumia 920 was not available, BUT i COULD CHOOSE ANY OTHER COLOUR!
Blah, blah... collected new phone, and it does not work! Wrong sim card supplied.
I have been your customer for at least 8 years. Is this how you treat a customer after all these years?
