I called end of May 2013 to 0821958 to cancel contract, I told the agent contract 12 months ends 30 June 2013 and this contract my end and number be converted to prepaid as there is a problem wit the phone and cannot b used. The agent then told me that due to accounts run dat the earliest date they can convert the number to prepaid would be 7 July 2013. I then confirmed wit her on 2 occasions that I willnot get billed for July 2013. And will NoT receive a deduction on 1 August 2013. She confirmedthis atleast twice with me! Yet I was still billed! I just called vodacom now, same number to complain and ask for refund, after a 25min call I asked to speak to a manager that I waited 5min for while holding had to end the call as I had to get back to work. Iwill be ending all future business wit Vodacom as this is pathetic! Very unhappy and will not recommend this extremely expensive service provider to anyone!
